Project Overview

I am interested in working on creating new biotechnological products and also study the interaction of genes and their role in the diagnosis of the diseases. My current project is development and validation of theoretical peptide library to improve mass spectrometric methods for proteoform analysis. This project aims to improve identification of more proteoforms generated in the mass spectrometric experiments. Compare the data obtained from theoretical model and empirical data.
