Project Overview

My research interests include Epigenetics, precision medicine and multi-omics. The aim of my MSc project is to develop a toolkit to facilitate the integration of multi-omics data sets for the purpose of genotype-phenotype predictions using data from ongoing research in the Hardiman laboratory. The type of data I am using includes RNA-seq and RBBS data from Rat samples investigating opioid dependence in a rodent model and Northern Fulmar samples exploring the effect of microplastic exposure on seabirds.
