Project Overview

I have a keen focus on three primary areas of interest: precision medicine, non-coding RNA, and biomarkers in relation to prostate cancer. My ongoing research project revolves around employing a precision medicine approach to incorporate non-coding RNAs as biomarkers, aiming to enhance prostate cancer treatment, especially for men from diverse racial backgrounds. This research encompasses both small non-coding RNAs and long non-coding RNAs, as both types of non-coding RNA play a crucial role in the development and progression of prostate cancer.
